Medical Consent

I give permission for the coach to seek emergency medical treatment for my child if necessary, including contacting emergency services (999) when required.

Acknowledgement of Risk and Liability Waiver

I understand that participation in football training and sporting activities involves a risk of injury.

I agree that KONEVYCH FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT CENTRE LTD, its coaches, and representatives are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during training sessions or related activities, except in cases of proven negligence.

Rules and Safety Policy

• The child must wear appropriate sports footwear.
• The child must bring water.
• Parents must inform the coach of any changes in the child’s health condition.

Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data will be stored securely and used exclusively for:

• organising and delivering football training
• ensuring participant safety
• communication regarding sessions, schedule changes, and administrative matters

Data will not be shared with third parties without lawful grounds. Our privacy policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

Free Trial

The first training session is free. We do not ask for card details to book it.

Plans and Payments

• Training plans are paid in advance by card through your parent account. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Each plan is billed for the period shown when you choose it (for example 1, 3 or 6 months).
• A plan renews automatically at the end of each paid period until you stop it.
• If we change a plan’s price, we email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your next renewal, so you can stop the plan first if you wish.
• If we have to cancel a session (for example because the venue is closed or the weather is unsafe), we tell you as early as we can and offer a make-up session.
• You can stop a plan at any time from your parent account. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew after that.
• Missed sessions are not refunded.

Holiday Camps

• Camp days are paid in full when you book.
• Cancel a camp day at least 7 days before it starts for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before a camp day are not refunded.
• If we cancel a camp day, you will receive a full refund for that day.
• The refund terms are also shown on each camp’s page and in your booking confirmation email.

If something has gone wrong, email info@konevych-fdc.co.uk and tell us what happened. We will look into it and reply to you directly.
