Training Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

2. Club Mission
Our mission is to create a safe, professional, and motivating football environment for children aged 5 to 17, where they can develop their skills, discipline, and confidence.
3. Code of Conduct
Players:
- Respect coaches and teammates
- Follow coach instructions
- Bullying, aggression, and abusive language are strictly prohibited
- Be punctual and properly prepared
Parents:
- Support your child positively
- Respect the coach’s decisions
- Do not interfere with training sessions
- Ensure timely payments
Coaches:
- Provide a safe and professional environment
- Treat all children equally
- Hold appropriate DBS checks
- Follow safeguarding standards
4. Safeguarding
Children’s safety is our priority:
- All concerns must be reported immediately
- Any form of physical or emotional abuse is strictly prohibited
- All coaches hold a valid Enhanced DBS check
- A Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) is appointed within the club and is responsible for handling all safeguarding concerns, liaising with statutory agencies, and ensuring staff training is up to date
- Any safeguarding concern should be reported directly to the DSL at info@konevych-fdc.co.uk
- Where there is immediate risk to a child, contact the emergency services (999) or local children’s services without delay
5. Health & Safety
- A first aid kit is available at every session
- Emergency contact details are required
- Training sessions may be cancelled due to weather conditions
6. Training Fees
- Payments must be made in advance
- Missed sessions are non-refundable

8. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Personal data is stored securely and accessed only by authorised staff
- Photos and videos of children are used only with prior written consent
- Data is retained for 3 years after the end of membership, then securely deleted — unless a longer period is required by law
- Parents and guardians have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their child’s personal data at any time
- Data will not be shared with third parties without a lawful basis under UK GDPR

9. Parent Guidelines (Ages 5–8)
Due to the younger age of children, additional requirements apply:
Drop-off and Pick-up:
- Parents must personally hand the child over to the coach
- Children must not be left unattended
- Children must be collected on time
- Children are released only to parents or an authorised person
During Training:
- Parents are encouraged to remain nearby or contactable
- Do not interfere with training sessions
- Encourage the child’s independence
Toilet:
- The child should use the toilet before training
- Coaches do not accompany children to the toilet
- Parents must be available if needed
Health:
- Inform the coach about any medical conditions
- Provide water and appropriate equipment
10. Registration
All players must register via the official website: konevych-fdc.co.uk
By completing the registration form, parents:
- confirm that the information provided is accurate
- agree to the club policy
- give consent for their child to participate in training sessions
11. Liability
- The club accepts responsibility where negligence is proven.

12. Agreement
Participation in training sessions confirms full agreement with all club rules and policies.
This policy is reviewed annually to ensure it remains current and compliant.
